This is report on an experimental study that lays the foundation for further analysis and investigation. At present there is probably too many figures so the paper appears slightly too report-like. Would it be possible to reduce a bit on the figures? For example. Figure 4 and 5 both contain the power curve. I suggest to remove figure 4 entirely. I cannot point to other obvious superfluous figures but maybe you can.
Another small issue it the title. It is almost two lines and not exactly snappy. Would it be an idea to simply say "New strategies of optimized structural monitoring of wind farms"? Please try to create a more compact title.
With these small changes, the paper is ready for publication.
